Return Policy for Domestic Orders

We happily accept returns for a full refund or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase as long as the product is in its original condition.   However, we do charge a $6.99 handling fee, which covers quality assessment, repacking, restocking, charge fees, etc.   We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

On returns of  5 shirts or more,  the customer will pay full postage price.

If you need to return an item, follow these steps:

Create an account with Loop Returns here: (https://goodwearusa.loopreturns.com/#/).
Once your account is created, view your order using the "Complete Orders" link under the 'My Account' menu and click the 'Return Item(s)' button.
If you paid by credit card, Paypal or Stripe, a credit will issue in 1-2 days.
